Jobber Pricing (2026): What It Really Costs Your Business

Jul 25, 2026

Jobber costs $21 to $371 per month billed annually — or $49 to $699 month-to-month — across four plans that are now priced by team size: Core (1 user), Connect (1–15 users), Grow (1–15 users), and Plus (5–15 users). Every user beyond your chosen config is $29/mo, and API access for custom integrations only comes with Plus.

That’s the sticker. This post covers the rest: the extra-user math, the add-on stack, what payment processing actually costs you, what a 1-, 5-, 10-, 15-, and 25-tech shop pays per year, and — honestly — where Jobber’s pricing is a genuinely good deal and where the model stops fitting.

One thing to know up front: we’re not an affiliate site. Adeocode builds custom software and integrations for home-services businesses running Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and CompanyCam. We see these invoices from the inside. No affiliate links anywhere in this post.

Last verified 2026-07-25, direct from getjobber.com/pricing. Jobber changes this structure quietly — when we checked in May 2026, every plan was a single flat price. If you’re reading this much later, re-check before budgeting.

Two fine-print items before anything else. First, three billing options exist, not two — most reviews miss the middle one: monthly billing with a 1-year commitment, starting at $39 (Core), $119 (Connect), $169 (Grow), and $439 (Plus) per month depending on team size, after a discounted first three months. It’s for shops that can’t prepay a year but will commit to one. Second, the annual rates above are what Jobber’s page shows as first-year pricing — each is listed “for 12 months,” followed by a higher standard rate (the 15-user Plus config lists $529/mo after year one). Budget on the renewal number, not just the promo.

The annual-prepay discount is still steep: 44–57% off month-to-month depending on plan and config. On a 15-user Plus config, prepaying saves $3,936 in year one. If you’ve run Jobber for more than a couple of months and plan to stay, month-to-month billing is just donating money.

Jobber restructured its pricing in 2026 — and nobody announced it

Because we re-verify these numbers for our own client work, we caught something the review sites haven’t: between May and July 2026, Jobber quietly rebuilt its pricing around team size. In May, every plan was one flat price with a fixed seat count — Core $22, Connect $73 with 5 users, Grow $109 with 10, Plus $387 with 15, all annual. Now each plan comes in team-size configurations, and the advertised “starting at” numbers cover smaller teams than the old flat plans did: Connect’s $70 entry price includes 1 user, not 5.

Don’t misread that as a price cut. Compare like with like and the change is small: a 15-user Plus config is $371/mo annual today versus $387 in May — about 4% lower. The $280 headline you’ll see on Plus is the 5-user config, not a discount on the old plan. Two takeaways. First, if you signed up before mid-2026, your flat plan and today’s config pricing won’t match — check what you’re paying. Second, this is why every pricing table in this post carries a verification date: vendor pricing in this category moves quietly, in both directions, and a comparison post that’s six months stale can be off by hundreds of dollars a month.

The Plan Gates That Actually Matter

Jobber’s feature matrix is long, but two gates drive most real-world upgrade decisions:

1. User counts — and everyone counts. The included seats aren’t “techs,” they’re users. Your office manager, your dispatcher, your bookkeeper who logs in to pull invoices — each one takes a seat. A “10-tech” shop is usually a 12- or 13-user shop.

2. API access lives on Plus only. If you ever want custom software talking to your Jobber account — a reporting dashboard, a crew calendar, a CompanyCam photo workflow, anything Jobber doesn’t do natively — you need Plus, at $280/mo annual for the 5-user config up to $371/mo for 15 users ($3,360–$4,452/yr). Plus also bundles premium support and an API onboarding session.

We build these integrations for a living, so we hit this gate with clients constantly. A 10-user shop on Grow at $210/mo that wants one custom integration has to move to the 10-user Plus config at $315/mo — $105/mo more, about $1,260/yr, before any development work starts. That’s not a Jobber criticism; Housecall Pro gates its API at MAX the same way. But it belongs in your budget math, and no vendor pricing page leads with it. If you’re weighing that jump against building something custom, our breakdown of what custom field service software actually costs covers the real numbers.

The Costs Beyond the Sticker

Extra users: $29/mo each, on every plan

The overage fee quietly reprices the configs as you grow:

  • Core + 4 extra users = $137/mo annual — more than Connect’s 5-user config at $105. Upgrade.
  • Grow’s 10-user config + 5 extra seats = $355/mo — well above Grow’s 15-user config at $280. The team-size picker, not the overage fee, is the cheap path.
  • The Grow-to-Plus jump is about features, not seats. A 15-user team pays $280 on Grow and $371 on Plus — the $91/mo gap is what API access and premium support cost.

Run this math whenever you add a hire. The cheapest path is rarely “stay on the current config and add seats.”

Add-ons

Add-onPrice
Marketing Suite$79/mo
AI Receptionist$29/mo
Pipeline$49/mo

Last verified 2026-07-25.

A solo-config Grow shop that adds Marketing Suite and AI Receptionist goes from $105/mo to $213/mo — the add-ons cost more than the base plan. None of them are mandatory. Buy them one at a time and check usage after 60 days.

Payment processing — the line item nobody budgets

Jobber Payments charges 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction, 2.7% + 30¢ for tap-to-pay, 1% for ACH bank payments, and an extra 1% for instant payouts. Last verified 2026-07-25.

Do the math on your own revenue, because processing usually dwarfs the subscription:

  • $300K/yr collected by card: ~$8,700 in fees — nearly 7× the cost of a Grow annual plan.
  • The same $300K by ACH: $3,000. On big-ticket install invoices, pushing customers to bank payment is worth real money: a $10,000 invoice costs $290.30 by card and $100 by ACH.
  • Instant payouts are a convenience tax. 1% of everything you rush is a payroll-sized number by year end.

When owners tell us “Jobber costs $105 a month,” their actual Jobber-ecosystem spend — subscription, add-ons, processing — is usually 5–10× that. The subscription is the small number.

What Jobber Costs at 1, 5, 10, 15, and 25 Techs

Assumes techs ≈ users (add $29/mo per office user in real life) and the plan config each size naturally lands on:

Team sizePlan (config)Annual billingPer year (annual)Month-to-monthPer year (monthly)
1 techCore$21/mo$252$49/mo$588
5 techsConnect, 5-user$105/mo$1,260$199/mo$2,388
10 techsGrow, 10-user$210/mo$2,520$399/mo$4,788
15 techsPlus, 15-user$371/mo$4,452$699/mo$8,388
25 techsPlus, 15-user + 10 seats$661/mo$7,932$989/mo$11,868

Last verified 2026-07-25. Subscription only — add-ons and processing not included.

Here’s the honest read: that curve is cheap for this category. Third-party 2026 estimates put ServiceTitan around $245–$500 per tech per month plus a $5K–$15K implementation for a sub-10-tech shop — roughly $56K in year one for 10 techs, against Jobber’s $2,520. Even at 25 users, Jobber’s $7,932/yr is a rounding error next to enterprise field-service pricing. If someone tells you Jobber is expensive, they haven’t priced the tier above it.

So the question isn’t whether Jobber’s per-seat price gets scary. It mostly doesn’t. The question is what the subscription doesn’t solve — because that’s where the real money hides.

When Jobber Pricing Stops Making Sense

Per-seat software in this industry has a pattern: reasonable at small scale, brutal at large scale. A commercial facility-maintenance owner we talked to in July 2026 got quoted $57,000 a year at 14 techs for a facility-management platform. His words: “What happens when we go to 50 techs?” On his growth plan, that per-seat curve extrapolated past $200K/yr — for software he’d never own.

Jobber isn’t that. At $29 per extra user, 50 users on a 15-user Plus config is about $16,600/yr — high, but not $57K. Jobber’s ceiling isn’t the invoice. It’s the workflow. Specifically, the calendar, and specifically for businesses that book crews for full days instead of dispatching one tech to four service calls.

“Jobber is a great CRM for like a two crew company on the calendar side. Everything else on it is great, but the scheduling side… we have not found this type of like, really, the schedule talking to crews at all, we haven’t found this with one single CRM.”

— Owner of a $2M+ coatings/install business, on a call with us, May 2026

That owner runs eight crews doing full-day installs. His workaround for “which crews are open Thursday?” was clicking into each day and scrolling every job — and the industry-wide workaround is worse: hiring humans to be the calendar. The same owner: companies like his are paying “50, 60K a year per branch” for schedulers, sometimes several per area — “probably spending half a million dollars in schedulers a year instead of the CRM just doing it for them.”

That’s the real cost comparison. Not $280/mo vs $371/mo — $4,452/yr for a 15-user Plus vs a $50–60K/yr scheduler salary covering for what the calendar can’t show. When a shop is paying one full-time human to answer “who’s open tomorrow?”, the software line item stopped being the problem a long time ago.

If that’s your situation — full-day install crews, coatings, fencing, pools, decks, garage doors — two honest options: we’re building Crewsyncer, a crew-availability layer made specifically for that gap on top of tools like Jobber. That’s one of our two pitches in this post, and it only applies if you book crews by the day.

Honest Verdict: Who Should Just Buy Jobber

Buy Jobber without overthinking it if:

  • You’re a 1–10 user shop in a service-visit trade — plumbing, HVAC, electrical-style dispatch where one tech runs several jobs a day. The calendar model matches your day, and $252–$2,520/yr is genuinely cheap for quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments in one place.
  • You’re month-to-month somewhere else and unhappy — Jobber’s annual pricing is one of the lowest-risk commitments in the category.
  • You’re deciding between the two mid-market favorites: our Jobber vs Housecall Pro comparison and Housecall Pro pricing breakdown cover that matchup — at most sizes Jobber is the cheaper of the pair.

Budget carefully — or look further — if:

  • You run full-day install crews. The subscription stays cheap; the scheduling gap gets expensive in salaries.
  • You need custom integrations on a sub-Plus budget. The API gate adds $2,100+/yr before development starts.
  • You’re heading past 25–30 users or multiple branches. Not because Jobber’s fees explode — they don’t — but because the workflows you’ll need (multi-branch dispatch, real crew capacity, custom reporting) increasingly live outside what any per-seat plan includes.

And if you’re staring at the Plus gate wondering whether a custom integration is worth it: that’s our actual day job. We wire Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and CompanyCam into the workflows they don’t ship with — you can read about our services or book a discovery call and bring us your ugliest workflow. Worst case, we tell you Jobber alone already covers it — that answer is free.

Jobber has four plans, each now priced by team size. Billed annually, Core is $21/mo (1 user); Connect runs $70–$210/mo (1 to 15 users); Grow runs $105–$280/mo (1 to 15 users); Plus runs $280/mo (5 users) to $371/mo (15 users). Month-to-month with no commitment, the same range is $49 to $699. There's also a middle option — monthly billing with a 1-year commitment — starting at $39 (Core), $119 (Connect), $169 (Grow), and $439 (Plus) after a discounted first three months. Every plan charges $29/mo for each user beyond your chosen team size. Last verified July 25, 2026.

Partly. Each plan is sold in team-size configurations — you pick a seat bracket (1, 5, 10, or 15 users on most plans) and every user beyond it costs $29/mo. That fee applies to anyone who logs in, not just field techs, so office staff and dispatchers count against your seat total. The config math often beats the overage math: Grow's 10-user config plus five extra seats is $355/mo on annual billing, while Grow's 15-user config is $280/mo. Last verified July 25, 2026.

Only the Plus plan includes API access — $280/mo billed annually for the 5-user config, up to $371/mo for 15 users ($499–$699 month-to-month). That means any custom integration — a reporting dashboard, a crew-availability calendar, a connection to software Jobber doesn't natively support — requires Plus, even if a cheaper plan fits your team. A 10-person shop on Grow's 10-user config at $210/mo has to move to the 10-user Plus config at $315/mo — $105/mo more, about $1,260 a year — before writing the first line of integration code. Budget for that gate if custom work is on your roadmap. Last verified July 25, 2026.

A 10-user team fits Grow's 10-user configuration: $210/mo billed annually ($2,520/yr) or $399/mo month-to-month ($4,788/yr). That's the subscription only. If you add the Marketing Suite ($79/mo) and AI Receptionist ($29/mo), annual-rate spend climbs to about $318/mo. Payment processing is usually the larger number: run $300,000 of revenue through card payments at 2.9% + 30¢ and you'll pay roughly $8,700 in processing fees — several times the subscription itself. Last verified July 25, 2026.

At most team sizes, yes — as of our July 25, 2026 verification of both vendors' rates. Housecall Pro runs $59/mo annual for 1 user (Basic), $149/mo for up to 5 (Essentials), and $299/mo for up to 8 (MAX), with extra users at $35/mo and API access gated to MAX. Jobber's comparable configs are $21 (1 user), $105 (5 users), and $161/mo (10 users) annual with extra users at $29/mo. The honest caveat: price rarely decides this matchup — feature fit for your trade matters more. See our full Jobber vs Housecall Pro comparison.

Jobber Payments charges 2.9% + 30¢ per credit card transaction, 2.7% + 30¢ for tap-to-pay in person, and 1% for ACH bank payments. Instant payouts cost an additional 1% on top. For most home service businesses, processing is the biggest Jobber-related line item — far larger than the subscription. Steering big-ticket invoices toward ACH is the single most effective way to cut it: on a $10,000 install invoice, ACH costs $100 versus $290.30 by card. Last verified July 25, 2026.
