  • Usage information: pages visited, actions taken on our pages (including form interactions and session recordings), device and browser type, approximate location, and referral source. We use PostHog for this analytics data.
  • Advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls you request.
  • To provide, improve, and understand the use of our services and websites.
  • To contact you about your project. If you share a phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services to operate: Meta (advertising), PostHog (analytics and session replay), Calendly (scheduling), Google (fonts and infrastructure), and Slack (internal notifications). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and your choices

  • We keep lead and client information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations.
  • You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
  • You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying to any email or text.
