The Problem

A multi-location retailer running Square POS had no system of record for inventory beyond Square's own dashboard. Every catalog change meant editing items one location at a time, with no way to manage stock, pricing, or SKUs in bulk.

  • No centralized view of items, brands, and categories across Square locations
  • Adding or updating hundreds of SKUs meant hand-editing Square's dashboard item by item
  • Square held the inventory data, but there was no layer for bulk import, reporting, or catalog control on top of it

Bidirectional Square sync

Items and inventory counts push to Square and sync back in real time via webhooks, so the system stays the source of truth without manual re-entry.

CSV bulk import

Upload a spreadsheet of SKUs and prices. Brands and categories are auto-created, and existing items are matched and updated by SKU: hundreds of items in one pass instead of one at a time.

One-screen catalog control

Manage items, pricing, and stock across every Square location from a single dashboard instead of switching between per-location views.
